 Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

This can vary depending on our shirt stock and color availability. In most cases, 5 to 10 business days is typical. Of course, shipping times around the holidays and busy seasons can impact the above shipping times. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all our orders once they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. You should also receive an email with the shipping tracking information. If your order can’t be rerouted to you within 72 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Return and Refund Information:

Am I eligible to return an item I purchased?

  1. To initiate a return and/or refund, please send us an email at elijahsfireapparel@gmail.com Let us know what you are returning and the reason for the return. Pack your return item(s) in a poly bag (no boxes please) and drop it in the mail. 
  2. Returns must be received back at Elijah’s Fire Apparel within 30 days from the date of purchase, to be eligible for a refund.
  3. No refunds will be issued after 14 days. Also, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. If possible, please include the packing slip that came in the original shipping package.
  4. Refunds shall be issued after the returned item(s) have been received by Elijah’s Fire Apparel and have been inspected. If there is any concern with the return that could possibly affect the refund, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and typically within 24 hours after receiving the returned item/s.
  5. Any refunds issued will be returned to your original method of payment. The refund will be credited minus shipping costs. Elijah’s Fire Apparel does not cover shipping costs. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  6. It can take banking and other institutions some time to process and post returns to your account. If the return appears to be taking longer than normal. Before contacting us, please check with your bank or credit card company to confirm if the return is in process.

Policy on Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be returned and/or refunded. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale priced items.

Policy on Exchanges:

We do not process or accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund, then you can purchase the item you want as a new purchase.

Policy on Damaged Items:

If you receive your purchase and it has been damaged during shipping, please take some pictures of the damaged product(s) and email them to us at elijahsfireapparel@gmail.com. Once we have a chance to review the pictures, we will contact you by email and start the process to initiate a refund or replacement.
